Extremely disappointed with the service under new ownership. ​I used to be a regular customer here when it was good, but since the new owner took over, the service has really deteriorated. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and visited three times, but I had terrible experiences on two of those visits. ​On my most recent visit on 10/23, the stylist completely messed up my beard trim—leaving my upper lip line and side lines visibly uneven. This is definitely not the place for men looking for quality hair and beard grooming anymore. BEWARE.

Muna and Kaushila di worked absolute magic on my hair! My hair had been through a lot and was honestly a little crazy 😂, but they completely transformed it. The keratin treatment left my hair incredibly smooth, soft, and manageable, and the highlights turned out even more beautiful than I expected. They were both friendly, professional, and clearly talented at what they do. I walked out feeling like a whole new person! I absolutely love my hair and highly recommend them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. The staff member who cut my hair was rude and not welcoming, which made the experience even more frustrating. I clearly explained how I wanted my hair cut, but instead of following my request, she cut it according to her own style. My hair ended up much shorter than I asked for, and the cut was uneven and not what I wanted at all. I left feeling very upset and disappointed with the result. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have a specific haircut in mind and expect the stylist to listen to your instructions. Very disappointing experience, and I definitely won’t be returning.
